Worms in the cookies. I ate some unknowingly.

Ok so a few hours ago I ate some tea cookie things and nmow that the sun is out I see that they have some worms in them. I think that they are larvae because there are some in small cucoons. What do I do for now?
edit: some of them were in cucoons and now they might survive the stomach acid, but what happens if they wake up in say... my small intestine (worst case scenario) and chew through the thin lining?

Have you never owned a puppy or kitten? They are always infested with worms. You get a dewormer medication and they crap them out. No big deal.

Lots of people eat worms on purpose in order to LIVE.

Besides, I don't think you get worms from eating them. IIRC you get them from other parasites. Google can tell you.
