Alot of videos put on World Star ( you can hear the people in the background yelling WORLDSTAR! ) are stuff like this. Or street fights and what not.

I've seen some nasty ones where people get knocked out and then head stomped or punted while they're knocked out, etc.

It's probably a treasure trove for law enforcement.
