Kaido, thanks for that Review link - reviewer pretty thorough.

Now, how can I make this into an inexpensive logger?

Gosh, only as big as a box of wooden batches / Zippo lighter.
Sucker is SMALL.

There's another tiny one available for around $80 online, the Holux 240:

Tons of good reviews on that as well. Very shiny surface though, looks like a fingerprint magnet!

I just received my Visiontac. Ordered on 5/24, got it 5/29, so it seems everything is legit with this company.

It appears to be a solidly built little unit, about the size of a car alarm keyfob. I'll post an update about how well it works if there's anything unusual.

NOTE: previously mentioned coupon code for this navigation device reduces price to $99.50 now instead of $79.50

my friend got it and had to do some reg hacks on his Cingular 8125 phone but it works using Iguidance software

phone doesn't work while using gps software though, after you exit gps software, phone works again.

Nice little unit

Shows up as $199 before any coupons?

Will this work with TomTom 5.1 on a pocket pc?
My GF has the hw6515 but she managed to break the GPS functionality on the phone ... this could be a neat alternative.

Anyone know if this would work with google earth? One review mentioned it only tracks positions when your not moving. Does that mean you could not use it to track a route?

No, that's absurd. The thing would be useless if that were true. I can personally verify that it tracks a moving person/vehicle/whatever just like every other gps out there.

Also, Keyone that coupon isn't months old...I used it a couple of weeks ago (maybe you meant that it's been around for months? It's dead now). But that link to Semsons was a great find. That deal is for $85 and includes a free windshield mount. Maybe the OP can update the first post to show the Semson's deal.
