I moved to an area that doesn't have a Costco and I am about to go bonkers.

I'm going thru some sort of sick Costco withdrawl.

What do you miss the most about CostCo? What purchases?

Pizza and a certain type of unnamed cheese ;)

I bet it will be so big that under the roof it will have it's own interstate highway system with exit ramps at the begining of each of the isles. :D

Besides more stuff I don't need, does it offer anything over the Wilsonville store?

Actually the employee I was talking to at the Wilsonville CostCo tonight mentioned that Hillsboro will be carrying iPod Nanos (which the others don't carry at this point).

John, any ideas on CostCo's price for the iPod nano?

I finally saw one in person wow they're tiny.

Let's see... Hillsboro said no to a Wal-Mart a couple of years ago, because they insisted they didn't want a big-box store due to traffic concerns, but then they open the world's largest CostCo. Things that make you go hmmm....

They're being elitists, maybe? CostCo does cater to a different clientele than WalMart.

Then again, I would think a free-for-all WalMart would draw much more traffic than a membership-required store.

Insane, they are showing the new store on the news right now. People are already lined up outside. :Q

Ah, they had a ribbon cutting ceremony with the mayor, then opened the store over 2 hours early.
