Worlds heaviest man gets a new ride

Thats great and all but I just don't understand how people get that heavy. Isn't it just as simple as not feeding them 10 tons of food at a time. I know other stories in the past and the size of the meals they keep giving them are just nothing but unreal.

indeed...

I'm watching his wedding episode right now on TLC as I type 😀

I think anyone getting over 300lbs should be extremely concerned and do something about it, not just let it get out of hand; shoulda done something about it 600lbs ago, hence why I have no pity or sympathy for obese people. :disgust:

What is worse is that someone married him last year. How could someone be attracted to that.

He maintained his "stance of dominance."

theres ALWAYS a feeder.

takes two nuts

From what little I understand, their body is *always* hungry, and a combination of their lack of control and some enabler reinforces that behavior. The gastric bypass, when they 'trim down' enough to survive the surgery, does wonders.

If you're a mindless walking sex fiend, I'd understand your question. However, considering that human beings aren't sexual zombies, it seems pretty stupid to question.

According to the wiki article on him, he's actually pretty healthy...

Despite his weight, Dr. Sears considers Manuel one of the healthiest men in Mexico. He does not have diabetes, and his blood pressure and triglyceride levels are normal. In addition, his resting heart rate averages 62 beats per minute, a level usually found in trained athletes.

I'm sure that was written to make Mexico seem better than the US when it comes to fat people.

As if the lard in Mexico is magically good for you.

I managed to get to 460 pounds before dropping down to my current 220. Thinking back I can't even pinpoint excatly why I let it get that bad.
