World War III against China, Russia and North Korea

These are practically shitty countries, behind in technology compared to the other first world nations and instead of trying to improve their standing in R&D for developing new stuff and contributing to humanity's evolution, they are threatening their more advanced neighbors. Russia was the first to embark on this insane trajectory and now China has set its eyes on Taiwan and North Korea is talking about dropping its plans for "peaceful unification" and wiping out South Korea if need be. WHAT IN THE EFFING HELL???? Why is the world standing by and letting these countries be criminal in every sense of the word and a detriment to humanity's continued development and existence? What will it take for the world to launch a united offensive against these countries? I would give up my life in such a war. Enough is enough. Shitty DNA needs to be wiped out or retrained to become decent through forceful submission or occupation. Otherwise, there will NEVER be peace!

I think the main consideration is likely that all 3 of those nations you point at have nukes, and would likely use them (China probably being the least likely).

So the world is accepting the notion that having nukes allows you to do whatever you want? There has to be a way to bring these countries to their knees. Surely the greatest minds in the world can think of a strategy to neutralize these bad actors.

There's plenty of ways to exert measures of control over nuclear nations, sociopolitically, economically, or even militarily through proxy wars. We've effectively done it to Russia, it will take them actual decades to recover from this invasion and they will be worse for it in the end, not better. And that's assuming they even try to recover rather than flaccidly falling apart over the next two decades like their parentage.

Meanwhile, Iran just said “fuck it” and bombed a nuclear-armed ally. They really don’t seem to know what they’re doing but are hastening towards an endgame nonetheless.

Organizing an effective defense AND a powerful deterrent is one thing.
But to launch an offensive against nuclear powers is suicide.

I am ALL FOR an eye for an eye when it comes to missiles, drones, etc. When they reach out we need to be there to bite them. But I do not for one second believe we should pose a threat to annihilate a country with nuclear weapons. Do you understand what those weapons do? You are not just vowing to throw your life away, but all lives. Everywhere. Any sane country and military would stop you from this course of action. They want to live.

So you need to rethink your ideas in how we deal with nuclear countries that reach out and attack their non nuclear neighbors.

I do not see any input from you though.
Got any thoughts to share?
For example....

When they reach out we need to be there to bite them.

Would you agree that missiles and drones must be matched, serving as a deterrence to ward against future violence?
If they could attack with impunity, without consequence.... you would agree that would be both bad and unsustainable, yes?

The worst of these "actors" is Russia. NK is threatening, Russia has been militarily ripping out the insides of its neighbors for decades now, trying to absorb them with some "success." China is threatening Taiwan, does horrible things internally and in Tibet, but is not as expansionistic as Russia.

I'd add Iran. They are fueling Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis with funding and planning. Their nuclear ambitions are similar to NK's.

Never said we should use nuclear weapons.
You know the saying about bringing a knife to a gunfight? It's accurate.
If the rest of the world want's to neuter China, Russia, and the DPRK, it's going to go nuclear. China and Russia might show some restraint, but I don't believe the little clown that runs North Korea has a single shit to give.

If their leaders are taken out by carefully placed spies/assassins, the ones replacing them may not have the stomach to launch nukes.

I believe a lot of them even in their governments are fed up of their leaders but can't do anything about it coz even a suspicion of their loyalty to them will lead to death.

If war breaks out in Korea it will be conventional. The Kim family are rational actors by all accounts and know reaching for the nukes means the US would vaporize them and their entire country. This is the essence of deterrence.

Spending more time thinking about and preparing for potential large scale conventional warfare is a much more productive use of time.

I think we may have lost sight of the difference in magnitude between conventional, chemical, and even biological warfare and nuclear warfare. Too many years of referring to small potatoes as "weapons of mass destruction" has created ambiguity. The energy release of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which rang the earth like a bell, was about half the energy release of Czar Bomba.
