world tech glut

there is an aperant glut of lcd and other high tech devices does this mean i will be able to purchase a lcd or mem stick cheaper soon?
supply and demand would dictate so
is this why 160 gig hdds are 100 bucks all of the suddun?

no, 160gb hdds are 100 bucks all of a sudden because a new generation of drives has come out / is coming out / is about to come out. 400gb top end, ~80-133 gb/platter depending on manufacturer.

there IS a glut of small LCD's, because nobody wants them, and they are beginning to produce less of them to even up supply and demand.

other stuff? who knows.
