Hell, I don't see why they don't release it now and just patch it weekly, the game works better than most do 6 months after their release.

Yep I still remember stress testing UO and EQ at release and paying them to do it. 😕

do you guys think now that blizzard will be the first company ever to release a mostly finished and polished MMO that it will raise the bar of future MMO's? im hoping i dont have to pay for beta testing for future games anymore.

It already feels like a finished game, like pretty much all blizzard games have at beta. Just a matter of adding a few things in and tweaking.

Even during the stress test, lag is imperceptible most of the time.

They go with BT, but while it's downloading, nothing, I mean, browsing really doesn't work.
