World Computing Grid blocked by firewall

I have a unit available for a few months that can be used at work, but firewall access blocks it due to corporate policy. (w/ Quad processors).

I also have a lappy at home that is running WCG.

Back with RC64, I had systems that I would use sneakernet on floppy to transfer input/output files.

Does the same option exist using WCG and if so, where to locate the data files? Will use a thumb drive this time instead of floppy.

One Caution: Make sure you have permission from your employer to use its resources for non-employment activities.

BOINC-projects are hard to "sneakernet" - I have tried and it worked but ...
You need essentially identical setups (same drive letter, folders, etc.) on both computers and move only the data-files ... When installing BOINC, you are informed where the data files are located and you have the option to define where you want those file to reside. My setup is not standard; I have all my BOINC data in
Code:
C:\boincdata
and I can not remember the default directories.
