World at War + Punkbuster + Windows 7 Beta = ?

I've heard punkbuster has issues on Windows 7 with some games. Does it work with World at War?

IIRC it worked fine for me, but I'm on Vista 64 Ultimate now and don't quite remember.

PB doesn't support beta OS's. The client service stops and the server requests end up failing.... in turn you get booted from the server. I've tried with CoD4 and Bf2.

From what I gather it's Punkbuster not supportive of the windows 7 BETA OS. Regardless of what game it is supporting.

There are a slew of gaming problems with the Windows 7 Beta/RC right now...

Some games that do a DirectX hardware check get confused by the info they are getting from the Windows 7 DirectX 11 flag in dxdiagn.dll and won't launch at all. In these cases you actually want to copy the Vista DX10 DLL file.
