I'll check it out godless, I usually just use putty ^_^

Putty is awesome for SSH but Cygwin is enormously more powerful.

I used NX Client to connect to a remote linux workstation at school. I know SSH and Cygwin are options. What exactly is SSH and Cygwin? A live image/screenshot stream from the source computer over internet?

Actually I believe that most Logitech speakers are magnetically shielded so it shouldn't be harmful.

That said, I still wouldn't place a sub that close to my case. In my case anyways ;)

Ok well I moved the sub over about a foot. Hopefully that should do. The problem with those subs is that they are so big that they get in the way.

Crap CP pic.

With 90's and humidity, I decided to forgo the 200w desktop in favor of the 20w laptop. I can feel the trees sigh a breath of relief.

Still want to hook up the second 22" and move everything back to the room, much more like a cave in there.

Yep. All home subs should be shielded....even the crap ones from walmart shouldn't be a problem.

I am slightly curious why the OP wants that much air flow between his legs though.....

Even if it's not shielded, it's not going to matter afaik.

ribbon13 used to have this next to his computer without issue. Have you ever seen how powerful the neodymium magnets are within an actual harddrive?

My setup:

24" Dell S2409W
20.1" Sceptre X20WG Naga

Computers:

Vaio FW
old Dell desktop
PS3 w/ Yellow Dog Linux 6.1

I think you can see an xbox behind a monitor.

jesus how do u deal w/ that mess. have you looked into InputDirector or synergy to handle multiple computers w/ 1 set of keyboard/mouse ?

I still have to clean the mess up since I just got the Dell back from a shop. The extra keyboard and mouse are for travel/campus.

I'll look into the mentioned programs after I clean the wiring mess :)

Idk, I just remember warnings on the speakers saying do not put them near computers...

I would be worried about putting it near a CRT though
