Right now my body fat is right about 10%. I am starting a new weight lifting routine. I am pretty lucky so far, I have never had to work at it, and I have stayed in pretty good shape, and have some pretty good strenght, alothouh that is one area I would like to improve on. My question is how much cardio should I be doing? I dont want to loose any weight or much fat, since I figure 10% is pretty good number. What would you guys recoment?

Non-technical and oversimplified answer -

Going much below 10% is very tough to do unless you are specifically trying to accomplish that. You'd have to do massive amounts of cardio - both high in frequency and long in workout length to start dipping into double digit body fat %'s.

Keep your calories up, and keep your cardio moderate and you'll maintain your %.
