I'm just wondering if there is a site or some online book which has pictures and explanations of what kind of exercises are better for different muscles? I know about this place, but are there any more similar ones? Thank you in advance!
This place has some good articles. Browse through the past issues and look for Ian Kings Upper body and lower body workouts. WHile they dont look like much at the end of each session you will know you will be in a world of pain the next day.
