I work out for roughly an hour and a half each time I go. I prefer to keep it to one session for myself and for the type of exercise I do (free weights ++)

if you're gonna workout two times a day, split it up into weights and cardio. I spend about an hour and half in the gym doing weighttraining about 3-4 times a week. if i did cardio it would prolly only be a half hour. so i'd say about 2- 2 1/2 hours if you're gonna go hardcore.
