I downloaded Noom & Cardiotrainer, both are very similar and both have some big flaws. I told Noom I wanted to lose 20lb's in 10 weeks, I punched in that I would walk 4 miles 2x a week jog 2.5'ish 3 times a week and do resistance bands 2x a week. It recommended I eat 2500 calories a day, which sounds too high. I'm 5'11 215lbs right now. Also for the exercise part it only lets you put 1 thing per day.

I'm looking for an app where I can punch in multiple workouts for the same day. Like today I'm going to do resistance bands in the afternoon and walk/jog at night. Outside from the few gripes I have with it, I do like the base of Noom. I can't find anything that functions like it, but is more complex. I don't mind if it costs money. I looked into Cardiotrainer Pro but it still has the same limitations of the free one and Noom.

MyFitnessPal does some things with both diet and exercise. May not be exactly what you need, but it might, so I figured I'd throw that one out there.

Damn I forgot I had posted this, thanks I'll definitely check it out. Noom looks like it does so many things rights. But it needs work and apparently they're not even updating the paid version (Cardio Trainer Pro) so I doubt they'll ever fix it.

*edit* it looks pretty good, the food database is crazy complete, wish it offered a widget and let me schedule exercising like Noom does. I guess I'll never find 1 program that does it all lol.
