with my IBs ending in approximately a month and a half, Ive decided to dedicate my 3 months before college to getting into better shape. ive been told by many ppl that the exercise is only like 40% of getting in shape and its all really about what you eat. the exercise part for me is all worked out (no pun intended
) and all i need to figure out is the eating part...
does anybody have any advice? has anybody done this before?
any help appreaciated!
ps - in case its relevant: my objectives are to develop tone first then bulk up. i used to be pretty buff but got lazy and now theres a lil layer of fat covering my entire body :Q
so burning that would essentially restore tone... ait im off now!
