No shit! I used to work 8am-8pm on Sundays. And I didn't even get Time + half. Then I remembered: "Oh, that's right. This is why I'm going to college."

Meh.. same here. Sunday-Thursday work shifts are no fun. Especially when you're out partying Saturday night.

I worked the 4th through today. If there's work to be done and it's urgent, I work regardless of holiday and weekend. The benefit of owning a small business.

For a short time I worked Fri/Sat/Sun (36 hours) as my regular schedule, and made about 10% more than my Mon-Thu (40 hours) schedule doing the same job. Having four days off a week definitely made it worth working weekends.

Had to work today- an old customer needing a BIG favor is endlessly grateful for our sacrfice.
Over 2k in 6hrs- we could charge more (and prolly will) but he's lucky anyone will do this in such a short amount of time.

i had to work too, and its not even my pager weekend ... coworker called for my assistance at 11:45pm last night, lasted till almost 2am this morning.... and again at 9am this morning until about 20 minutes ago.... working all sunday sucks.

and the worst thing is, every 10 hours of assist-time i accumulate, I get 1 compensation vacation day... all said and done from today, i only have 9.67hours... so i wont get a free day unless i work 20 more minutes of assist-time! doh!
