Working for my mom

Ok so this summer I have not been able to find a great internship. My mom owns a jewelry store which does very very well, and is well respected. This is a growing business and nothing to laugh at. She needs help in the store with many things. She is bringing a new box to the market and needs help with marketing, production, and so on. She needs help with the online aspect of her store and she wants help with numerous other things. In all honesty I would probably learn more about business working for her then at other internships, and given more responsibility. I am generally only concerned how it would look in my resume. I am working for my mom but its still good work...

would it be a good move or bad move.

if it is a good opportunity go for it. Just because it is working for your mom doesn't mean it is bad or anything.
