workgroup not accessible?

about a month ago, i was able to share files between me and my brother. but for some reason, he can see my computer, but i cant see his computer, i cant even see our workgroup.

everytime i try to view workgroup computers it gives me an error. see here

i dont get it, it was working a month ago. =/
 
have you tried just disabling the adapter then enabling again, repairing the connection, or getting rid of any firewall on your comp because firewalls suck
