so i am the only admin for 4 hours on sundays for one of the largest web hosting companies in the world which is mind boggling enough. normally i field calls from level one support which is in the philipines. the phone system just went haywire and the philipines are now completely cut off so they are about to re-route all the calls to me and the other admin who just got here. so two people are about to take the calls that a couple dozen of techs normally handle. fun

activating other support people isnt happening on sunday and no calls are going to be routed out. fortunately for me the morons cant figure out how to give me the level 1 skill set in my phone login so as of right now i am still waiting for all he11 to break loose.
