It's not a cage.

Start your own business, you prolly have the skillz.

Then, as your own boss, you can become the a$$hats you hate and cause newb's to hate your gutz and nef to vent their frustrations.

It's a cycle but you play a different role.

I guess that is one of the good things about working on an off shift, more indians than chiefs 🙂. Well at least where I work at it is!
