Work network in Win 10

How do I connect to my existing work network in win 10. I don't seen an option for this anymore? Is it part of homegroup or what?

I can't get my home server to show up in file explorer. The control panel is loaded and works but it wants a user and password and I put that in and it still won't work. Usually once the home connector software is loaded it sees the server in file explorer. The network is set to private and I even turned off the firewall with no luck. It asks for a network password and there is none.

Ok I had to turn on guest accounts in WHS. I did not have to do this before with machines that had the connector software running on them.
