there was a thread with good info about legit companies that have people work from home doing customer support. i thought i book marked that link so does anybody know what that company is?

i dunno, its for a friend of mine she needs something and this would be perfect for her. I now one is Alpine access its based in golden colorado and do customer support for 1800 flowers. but this isnt the link i was looking for the one i want the company does CS for a bunch of companies like lifelock.
