Work from home jobs

I browse jobs sites very often, and see almost nothing but "WORK FROM HOME! EARN 120K PER YEAR!" ads. It's really annoying. Are all of them just scams basically? I don't even want to work at home, i'd rather get out of here and work somewhere else, but i would consider it if the pay was good. I haven't seen many other types of jobs that look good at all. I don't want to call people either, mainly looking at the "Work from your computer" jobs.

I don't have any transportation (besides my legs 😛) either, so working from home may not be too bad for me.

All of those "Work from home, make $120,000 /year" ads are crap...

There are plenty of jobs where you can work from home... My job -could- be done from home, but personally I'd rather be at the office.

It's BS.

True work at home stuff would be something that you can specialize in. Something that's innovative and start on your own.

Information Consulting.

One way to do it would be to collect data on people and sell it to marketing companies. You can send out specialized surveys and then sell this data.

I won't tell you what data to sell cuz then I'd be giving away too much.

That particular one you saw was indeed a scam. Though many people do work from home, a job ad that allows you to do so likely would not mention it straight up.

Graphics/model/web design jobs, etc are more commonly becoming work-from-home. Almost like working for yourself, except you're not 🙂

No its real work. You pay a fee to find out how to place ads all over so you can collect a fee to tell someone how to do the same thing. So its real work to have to find places to put all those ads in hopes of finding enough suckers to earn you $120,000 a year.
