well, there are SOME exceptions

like when i went to a restaurant on the way from LA to SF . . . i ordered something that had an option of meat, but since i don't eat beef AND it was a religious holiday, i specified to the waitress "NO MEAT" about 3 times

okay, so then i see my plate on that little sill between the bar and the kitchen . . . it SAT there for 15 minutes while the waitress was chatting it up with someone else

so, when i get the food, its COLD . . . i put my fork in and when i take it out, i see that there's BEEF in the food . . .

I GOT SO FVCKING MAD!

never claimed that all waitresses were competent

unfortunately not all of them are well versed on high customer satisfaction
