I have a blog and I notice once someone spams a post, multiple spammers come through and start spamming that same post. What to do?
 
I've yet to have any spam get past the built-in Akismet filter on the newest version of WP. My site, however, is in no way popular and I only get a couple of spam posts per week.
 
Don't get any spam. Can you show us an example? I have comments configured so the first post by a new person requires moderation. After that, they can post freely.
 
Never have seen anything like you describe. I guess that's because I don't do Blogs! 🙂 (No time for that nonsense)
