I'm taking accounting and am creating a list to help me. The problem is I'm making bolded headings for search to find but those same terms are listed at times both before and after the term I really want to hit. Is there any way to make the search function only search for bolded words?

Yes. Go to Find (on the Home tab). In the Find and Replace dialog box, click the More button. Click the Format button and select Font. In the Find Font dialog box click Font Style and select Bold. Click OK, then click Find Next.
