Word 2000 Autotext to create Headers and Footers

I know how to create AutoText shortcuts, but I'm stumped when it comes to Headers and Footers. What I want to accomplish is when I type the shortcut "hf F3", I want my Footer to get some text. I want to do this without going to View / Header and Footer. I thought maybe I could do this with a macro instead but I'm stumped there as well...
