i think woot is working fine, but either they have a ton of these gamebridge things or no one is buying them...

i got the $20 one with the TV tuner and remote a couple weeks ago and for the price, i'm very impressed.. it worked out of the box, it's TINY, has a ton of connectors (RCA, S-Video, Coax), the software is ok and the image and sound quality were very decent. it's not the best tv tuner you can get by any means, but for $20, it was hard to beat.

so, these things work as advertised, but i just don't know how many ppl need one JUST for gaming and/or copying VHS to hard drive... however, if those are your needs, $9 is a pretty sweet price... the cabling alone could cost that much at radio shack...

I was thinking about picking one up, but then I saw they have them for $13 before shipping. Just a few dollars more than this woot, and I probably would never use it. If I ever have a need for it, I'll pick one up for $20 instead of $14.

Guys, what are you talking about, it is going down.

Veeeeery slowly.

Not as bad as those damn XM radios last night (oh, it was early this morning) or those enormous 4GB flash drives.

😉

Were they really that enormous?

I posted a link to the specs earlier in this thread. I think they were like 10x5.5x1.5

HERE it is.

Ah hahaha. You have got to be kidding me.

Those dimensions are for the packaging the USB drive comes in. The thumbdrive is probably 2.5" x 2.5" or smaller.

Well, shame on me then.

I bet they have several thousand of these.

I do too, heh.

And KarenMarie, I didn't mean to be mean or anything, I was just laughing at a 10" x 5" USB "Thumb" drive. That would be funny.
