i've only bought 2 things there, but they arrived brand new and in perfect condition (although some of the items they sell ARE refurbished, but that is noted on the item listing, they dont' hide it).

don't hesitate to buy from them, but yeah, they don't offer rma's or any support, you buy it and that's it.

I've bought about a dozen things from them and it's all been as described. Woot's one of my favorite sites. They aren't really set up for RMAs and stuff. If they had to support everything they sold, their prices wouldn't be nearly as good.

They're a closeout store, so you need to be careful about what you buy. A lot of it is discontinued merchandise, or rebranded equipment. The really hot stuff goes quick so you need to research fast.

Their completely honest in their descriptions, and many times will tell you about non obvious drawbacks to what they are selling. They occasionally have omissions but the community picks up the slack and you can get a good feel for the item by reading the message board. I highly recommend them. :thumbsup:
