dammit i kept refreshing and as soon as i saw the boc i clicked on it and tried buying it. Maybe a total of 10 second from the point of initially loading the page to the final checkout and i still didn't get it. Do i have to have a super computer and a dedicated t3 connection just to get a frickin bag of crap.

apparently, because I've got a decent P4 and a T1 line.
 
Looks like they've changed the BOC so you don't have to choose 1, 2 or 3 items. I waited a few seconds to click 3 before realizing you were buying 3 craps. Damnit. Damn the security code too. :|

nope. actually its like the third time. it has poped up for like 3 seconds each time. a few people have got ONE bag.

The BOC showed up before the GoGear player for about .1 seconds then disappeared. A few people got in on it (but it wasn't listed in the blog so it might not be valid). The 'second' time was just now and its on the blog.
 
Can someone explain to me what the bag o' crap is? Is it like you get a bag of random stuff or something that is real nice?

it happened one other time also. but it was up for like 2 seconds. a few people got in on it.

It can be both. There's a high chance of a BOC including a nice camera bag and/or a Thermos pub glass, and then other random things. My BOC from the last Woot-Off included a camera bag, two gel pens, two RCA Chipper dog beanbag keychains, a refurbed device that jump-starts a car, and a cordless phone w/ answering machine. Not bad for $8. Some people got Robosapiens in theirs, and there's been talk of 70" LCD tvs.

Of course, you can also get comic books, fart bombs, pajamas, and unattractive women's underwear. 😀
 
LOL... no more flash memory or any kind of memories for me for a while. I currently have a buncha USB drives, thumbdrives, micro SDs, pro duos, even a gig of XMS sitting around doing nothing. I bought them because, tee hee, addictive shopping habits.
 
Amazingly I JUST stumbled the BOC's, lets see if the confirmation goes thru...processing...processing...processing...
