They sell one deal at a time. Sell it out, then put up another one immediately. Lately I haven't seen any good deals.

Why don't people ever post a link to woot in their posts about woot? I know the address but it's quicker to click a link.

I can never get the BOC. site always goes down and i'm too slow :\

i'm convinced people use custom snipe style programs/scripts, that they persnally wrote and don't release, that get it done immediately.

I got three in a row and now the last 3-4 BOC's I haven't been able to even access the site. Something is definitely goofy. They need to change the ordering process or something. Not that I'm whining.... :p

nice...i just wish i knew how to code something to automatically buy lol. i've seen the BOC screen, but i've never been able to purchase.

As for the deals...some are good, most are 'okay', and some are just horrible. it really depends on if you were looking for something - if there something I want, and woot has it, then i'm happy because its typically cheaper. But, lets say, a 22 inch widescreen refurb for 170 appears...its decent...but it isn't something I'd want to buy because I'm not in the market for one.

As for the USB pole dancer...i see those at frys lol...hilarity

and the laptop wasn't HORRIBLE per se....quite a bit of functionality (how many sub 500 laptops come with FIR and firewire connections?) for what you pay for. of course if you are in texas...then woot offs must suck since you have to pay taxes

I honestly don't see how it's possible that their servers are INSTANTLY hammered like that every time. You'd think it'd maybe build up, or at least be consistent throughout the wootoff in between items...

Not likely :x, I had 5 computers with upwards of 6 tabs open each; I managed to hit "I want one" a few times, but never anything beyond that.

This is at work on a college campus, with tremendous bandwidth >.>

I saw it and opened about 3 rows of tabs trying to get it. I got to the 2nd page and it wouldn't even let me get 3 of them and order :(
