Uhm? DVD burners are $30 these days. I got a DVD player for $40 less $20 MIR two years ago at a local store.

what I meant was it is not a bad dvd player for $40, not that $40 is a good price in general for dvd players. There are different quality levels and this one was an upconverting with divx support
