I do disagree about the 12 hour limit for a woot off killer.
Anything that stays above 50% for 2 hours when you want to go to sleep counts as a woot-off killer, because a lot of people will go to sleep, and when they wake up 6 hours later, they missed 2 hours of woots
Woot off killer is 12 hours? That is way too long...
Wake up 6 hours later? You dont sleep enough
Woot.com will change the product after 12 hours. Sure, a product up for 6 hours will severely slow down the woot-off, it does not "kill" it like a product that has to be replaced.
Maybe I'm just arguing semantics, but it annoys me ever time the first few posts in the new woot item are, "woot-off killer!!!". Of course, they say that as soon as they decide they do not want the item, rather than waiting to see that the status bar is not dropping.
