Woot! Got hired perm!!!!

I was worried because my credit sucks, and this being a mortgage company, they run credit and actually use it as part of my consideration!

So here I sat stewing for 2 weeks waiting to see if they're gonna accept my "derog" letter (explaining why I can't pay my bills.. LoL)

Just got told today that it was accepted and I'm getting hired perm! Woot!

(This, of course, goes with a $7k annual raise. heh)
