HP PS7760 and 15 sheets of paper for $80? Meh . . .

Also, it's the 7760v, which means it was Walmart/Sam's club version, which I understand are generally available for substantially less than other retailers because they don't pass quality inspection. Anyone know if that's a certainty? Just a rumor I've heard as to why there's letters on the ends of the ones sold wholesale.
