Not going to be released until Fall 09 though 🙁

Still, props to EA for taking the risk. Double Fine games are far from a sure bet monetarily although I think this one will sell alot.

It boggles me that Double Fine games don't sell like crazy. Psychonauts was simply amazing.

Double Fine is a company. Text. Tim Schafer is behind it, and he's notorious for being zany, creative, and just a cool guy.

Though they only have 1 game out so far - Psychonauts - so I don't see how their game(s) should "sell like crazy".

Psychonauts was alright. Good writing. But platformers aren't as big as they used to be.

Schafer worked on the Monkey Island games, right? I love that damned series..

I've heard good things about Psychonauts, but I've never played it. Is it good enough that I should get it now?

If so, is it better controlled with a controller than a keyboard?

I thought psychonauts was awesome. Writing and dialog was great. It didn't sell well at all though, so you can probably find it for less than $10 online or in a bargain bin somewhere.

Definitely a gamepad designed game. The platforming will be pretty much impossible with a keyboard.

Eh? It's fine on mouse/keyboard. It's the standard mouse-look/WASD configuration.
