Antibacterial underwear? Not interested. Everyone knows bacteria is essential for successful fermentation of smegma to fromundacheese
 
I don't worry about it. I wear mine for weeks on end. When they are extremely brown all around than I change them. Saves on laundry.
 
Antibacterial/antimicrobial underwear is not meant to replace washing, nor is it new.

It's been in performance/fitness underwear for awhile. And you most certainly need to wash.

You still smell awful, regardless if bacteria are breeding or dying in your pants. 😛

It just might mean you can get a few more wears out of a pair. 😉
