So far (knock on fake wood $79 desk which retails for $199) I've had no problems with Staples rebates.

Just make sure to
1) Follow the rules to the T.
2) Copy EVERYTHING.
3) Send everything USPS certified mail.

wait a minute rossmeister. dont most rebate forms go to post office boxes? if so, since theres nobody available to sign for it they leave a card there. and if the HS flunkie making $6 an hour dosent feel like getting in line and signing off on the certified reciept, wont you be SOL?

Same here. My free visioneer scanner w/ $80 rebate came back in less than 3 weeks.

I love my new vivitar 3.3MP Digicam! - $139 after rebate!

You da Squishermeister!

Adul - Don't you mean damn with a trout?

PsychoAndy - I've sent hundreds of rebates via certified mail to PO Boxes and they've always come back with a signature. If someone sends something to my PO Box via USPS certified mail, a "will call" slip is placed in my PO Box, I have to go to the counter to sign for the envelope/package then it's given to me. Since certified costs around $3.90 I usually do it only if the rebate is valued at $25 or more.

N8Magic - You are the keeper of the Ferengi dictionary I see, good job keep it up, you may earn your Ferengi ears after all. Oh wait Canucks are not eligible, I'm soooooooooooory :D

NccOps - I asked if they had the Vivitar digicam but they were out of stock this was at NE 122nd & Glisan, might try them again on Saturday or Jantzen Beach.

BAH!

Us Canucks are more worthy of the Ferengi lobes because of all the extra work we have to do to get them:

a) Take exchange rate into account.
b) Take exorbitant shipping charges into account.
c) Will they even ship to Canada?
d) Gamble whether or not Canada Customs will open your package and hand you your ass.
e) Our stores are a bunch of tightwads when it comes to Hot Deals.

If that doesn't earn me the lobes, I don't know what does. (not to mention my super smoking hot deal freebie that I got last year.)
