Just performed my first upgrade since the Duron 650 was released (whenever that was!)

Now running a TBird 1300 at 13 * 105 = 1365.

I'm on an A7V and as far as I can see there's no way of increasing this multiplier which is a shame, and the FSB overclocking potential of the board sucks too. SO I guess this is it.

I have the Zalman CNPS6000Cu heatsink.

It is:

(a) SILENT
(b) barely warm to the touch!


I'm impressed.

The KT133 boards were usually limited to ~110ish on the FSB before things crapped out. Congrats on your new build. :)

Cheers John. I bought the 1.3 because I thought the board was limited to a mult of 12.5 so couldn't see the point of a 1.4. Turns out the board will run at the multiplier needed, i.e. a 1.4 would have run at 14 x 100. BUT there doesn't seem to be anyway for me to manually select these multipliers. Arse.
