Woohoo! New House!

My realtor just emailed, and told me the contract is executed, and I'll be closing on June 1! This was the one I wanted in the first place. I had a date scheduled to walk through the house, and just a few hours before, some other buyer had put an offer down, and the seller had accepted it But apparently, they couldn't come to terms over some trivial finish item, so the buyer backed out with one day on their option period! I had entered into a contract on another house, and when I saw this one was on the market again, I dropped it and put in an offer, and they accepted it It's 2350 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 story with detached garage and workshop. Sorry for rambling I'm excited!

Holy crap...$195k here gets a 1500sq 2 or 3BR Townhouse...you get a 2-car garage but that's included in the total square footage AND it's a track home with 1,000 other homes right next to you.

Thanks, I'm thinking all it needs is some landscaping and a coat of paint at the wood and the curb appeal will be finished.
