I just scored a P3 1.26ghz 512k cache Tualatin cpu from a guy in the FS forum!

I am getting a Very Good Deal too.

Time to upgrade one of my Seti crunchers!

I'm going to do the James Anderson mod and put it together with an Iwill Slocket II I have sitting here and put it into my P3V4X mobo.

Glad to hear about your good deal, and that it's going to be put to best use to help the TeAm.

<-- is going to be getting an XP1700+ to replace an 800MHz Duron soon. It was sent from NewEgg on the 22nd, and it's already at the FedEx sort facility in Indianapolis right now, so it might even get here (a 2 hour drive south of Indy) tomorrow (thinking wishfully).

I have plans for the 800 - it will be going in my server as soon as I get another Socket 462 motherboard for it, and then the 500MHz Celeron that's in the server will become a tertinary (sp?) backup machine as well (if I can get a case for it).
