I got mine too.
That should make up for the hundreds of dollars the music industry ripped me off for.
So someone forced you to buy all those CD's?
I didn't even bother signing up for it, I bought CD's willingly & honestly don't care if prices were fixed.

You're extra special because you got ripped off. They were price fixing, price fixing is illegal, people sued and got a token check. But, since you didn't get a check, you are super extra special. Because somehow you are trying to demonstrate the triumph of capitalsm by pointing out that the purchase is voluntary though you're missing out on the fact that the music industry consisting of an oligopoly of five was price fixing. Price fixing is unfair to the consumer and stifles competition thus ruining the capitalism you so brightly support better than we do since you did not participate in a lawsuit against price fixing.
Also, if you try to argue against me and say you meant something else other than 'you are better because you paid full price for your cds and did not participate in a lawsuit', make sure to explain why you also used honestly to describe your righteous CD purchasing. I mean that I HONESTLY bought many many cds during the lawsuit-covered timeframe and I HONESTLY participated in a lawsuit. Yes, they ripped me off for 100's of dollars also even though I voluntarily purchased the cds because in a true market environment without the illegal RIAA activity, CD prices would have been much lower.
Sorry, Viper, but you're essentially saying that you support the CD industry whether or not they're engaging in illegal activity and that you're better than us for it since we participated in a lawsuit against them.
