Woo getting bonus!

Bossman just told us everyone is getting a 40hr bonus this pay period to help with the 4 months last year we were on 32's. He also said he will do this again 1-2 times before the 1st of the year, AND catch up on missed raises (I'm way overdue for one)

Anyone else finally getting their raise/bonus?

merit increases have finally been brought back for this year. They never did take away our bonuses though

I am not understand what 32's are. You mean you were getting paid for 32hours for 4 months? So now they are making it up by paying an extra 40hrs this time? I don't think that's a bonus...

We were limited to 32 hours as opposed to our normal 40s, from mid august to just before xmas

im confused.

if you are on salary, you should get paid your expected wages regardless if you work 30 hours or 50 hours in a week.

Nice!!! I received a 10% raise two months ago. I was stoked.

I just got a promotion too... to simplify things, let say if I get a $1300 raise to my annual salary, and we get pay every 2 weeks for a total of 26paychecks/year, and this raise is retro active to May 1. Do I get an extra $50/paycheck now or do I get $1300/remaining month of this year = ~7months(14pays) = $92 more per paycheck?

I'm getting a bonus in this month's pay check along with an extra day of holiday for 5 years service with my current employer.

I'm getting another bonus some time this year.

If I become chartered (my interview is next Thursday), I'll get a pay rise of about £7k.

Earlier this year, I received a salary adjustment around +8% my salary. Come July 1, I am still eligible for any raise this year (last 2 years have been frozen wages, but they feel confident we will get a raise).

We are getting raise + bonus this July. Haven't gone through the performance review process yet. Last year we just received a slightly smaller bonus than what is outlined in our original offer letters, but I'd rather have that then be one of the people who was let go.

Congrats!

We just finished our performance ratings and the bonuses should be paid out for the June 15th pay. Looks like it might be a decent amount too; I had to do the accrual for it. :sneaky:
