how much of it is genetics? imo not that much. besides this maybe just temporarily (in terms of length of history) so i wouldn't worry about it.
 
Nah - in a couple hundred years, if technology progresses the way it's going, scientists will be able to modify the crap redneck genes into good ones. 😀
