Those greedy Haitian children keep hogging all of the air time while all of the poor defenseless 30 year old Haitians are left forgotten. They are the true casualties in this horrible disaster. These Haitian children get far more food, water, medical aid, diapers, and formula. The 30 year olds are forced to eat handfuls of dirt and sleep on the cold cracked roads at night, naked. When do they get their food and water? When do they get their medical aid? When do they get their diapers and formula?
I'm not sure how these children have maintained a monopoly over the news crews, but it has become very apparent they are doing this for their own personal gain. I heard recently of some US senator in the US flying over there to pick up 20ish child orphans. What about the 30 year old orphans? What becomes of them? While the cameras focus on the cute children boarding planes to go in the US what you don't see off camera is sand being kicked in the face of the 30 year olds as they simply watch. It's an injustice most of us aren't aware of because of the pact news agencies have with these adorable children.
How can we, as follow non-children, stand by and watch as they use their seductive charm in order to quickly overpower us with emotional connection while 30 year olds are left with nothing? The control these children have over media outlets must end!
