Won't Shut Down

Topic summary is pretty self-explanatory. When I click Shut down, it goes through all the closing processes, then simply restarts....saying that it recovered from a critical error. I can post the technical data if anyone thinks it will help...its just a bunch of numbers and letters....but I'll post it if anyone can help me....I've taken to simply hibernating every night instead.

Any suggestions??
