my vote for best gay themed film from 2005 would be Garcon Stupide (Stupid Boy) - a movie about a young guy's search for indentity/ purpose/ love. It has lots of explicit gay sex (lots of nice c0ck shots) and the young guy is very cute. But it explores a deeper theme of meaning from relationships as opposed to casual sex. Someone like you might actually benefit from watching this film, it might help you overcome your many prejudices.

You want to be victim. You want to feel like an outcast. That's why you make these threads or interject your commentary into threads -- even unrelated threads -- so that someone can disagree and you can feel like a victim. It isn't that you made 4 or 5 threads (in addition to MANY MANY MANY other threads on the Film), it is that everyone here is anti-gay. Nope. There are some homophobes and gay bashers here. That's for sure. But that's not why you have a problem in all these threads. You have a problem because you want one. You want to feel like a victim and incite negative comments. What kind of reaction do you want? aidan, you are right and everyone in the Academy were bigots? Brokeback got screwed because of the subject matter? FWIW, I haven't seen ANY of the films except for Crash, and I saw it on PPV. I thought it was a good film. I haven't seen Brokeback yet, but I will eventually. And yes, I didn't see it because of the subject matter. Not because I rarely go to movies, but because I'm a gay basher that has it out for you. Isn't that what you wanted to hear? Did it validate you? No matter that it is false.
