So I was talking to this girl last night. W00t? Anyway, that's besides the point. She moves out for college on Saturday. It's currently Monday morning. She has an 8x8 single dorm room... And is already packing. Has been for 3 hours, actually.

I could furnish an 8x8x10 box with things I could grab in ten minutes. By now I could furnish an floor. By the time she actually leaves, I could have enough stuff packed to fill an entire building.

pretty typical for most girls i would say.

it usually is a month long process for me when i just pack for a vacation, i dont know what i would do if i had to pack for a dorm room
 
Many of my friends lived in rooms like that. Just loft the bed and put a desk underneath and there is plenty of room.
