Thats nasty, I saw some banging shorty once and when she lifted up her arm I was like WTF if you have a bush there imagine down there.
 
I have to admit that even my first reaction when I see it is "eww".

But I know it's a trained reaction based on social stigmas.. It doesen't really bother me....

I encourage my girlfriend to go without shaving. Not because I like a hairy woman, but because I don't subscribe to that whole social pressure thing.

A woman who is confident and doesen't care about that bullsh!t is much more attractive to me than some whiney Britney Spears wannabe bitch.

But of course she would never "show" it off. If she's going to wear a skirt or sleeveless shirt, she'll always shave beforehand.. lol
 
When I was a teen I spent a summer in Oregon with a white water guide who didn't shave. At first I was a little put off, but after a while it didn't bother me at all. I actually don't like women who are totally shaved. Makes me feel like a pedophile.

Mind you, she was naturally blond and not very hairy. If she was of Southern European or Middle Eastern decent I'm sure it would have been a little harder to deal with.

I think it depends on how hairy she is.

When I met my wife she didn't shave regularly... didn't bother me, I hardly noticed. She's just not very hairy.

I dated a girl who was very hairy and needed to shave regularly.

It's, as a previous poster said, a matter of grooming.

Some girls look fine with bedhead, some don't. On some girls a little pit hair isn't a big deal, on some it is.
